- input your listing into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) database

- install a nationally recognized sign and brochure box with fliers on your property

- place a display stand inside your home with information fliers and a school report

- advertise your home in local publications

- hold open houses (at your request)

- update you with feedback and comments from visitors

- review contracts with you and represent you in contract negotiations

- assist you with the purchase of your new home and/or refer you to a realtor in your destination area
